Who will attend my settlement mediation?

In addition to the mediator, the following individuals ordinarily attend mediations in workers' compensation cases:

  • Injured Worker
  • Injured Worker's Attorney
  • Insurance Company Adjuster (and sometimes a representative from your employer)
  • Eployer and Insurance Company's Attorney
