About Us
Seth Bader focuses his practice exclusively on Georgia workers’ compensation law and he is dedicated to helping injured workers in Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta area obtain the best possible medical care and maximum allowable compensation under Georgia law. Before representing injured workers, Seth represented employers and insurance companies while working for two prominent insurance defense firms in Atlanta.
As a result of his experience as an insurance defense attorney, Seth knows how insurance companies handle and evaluate workers' compensation cases, and he uses this knowledge and insight in his pursuit of the best possible medical care and maximum allowable compensation for each of his clients. Seth represents injured workers throughout the State of Georgia, but with offices in downtown Atlanta and Conyers, he conveniently represents injured workers who live or work in Atlanta or the Metro Atlanta area.
